2026 9/11 Memorial Walk

The 25th Anniversary Memorial Walk brought first responders, families, businesses, volunteers, and residents together for 5.3 miles of remembrance from REV in Larose to the Cut Off Youth Center.

The FHF Assistance Program is currently in Phase 1. Eligible applicants must reside or serve within the Foundation's approved assistance service area. Future geographic expansion may be approved by the Board of Directors.

The September 11, 2026 walk honored the victims and first responders of September 11, 2001. Participants paused together at key moments in the 9/11 timeline while businesses, residents, volunteers, law enforcement, fire, and EMS supported the route and event operations.

The walk is free. The mission is not. Community support helped turn remembrance into direct support for FHF-LA's mission.

Membership dues renew January 1. First-year dues are prorated based on the quarter in which a member joins.

Renewal dues are $20 each January. Members who become delinquent after March 31 must reapply under the current membership policy.

Frontline Heroes Foundation of Louisiana is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization supporting first responders and their families through financial assistance, resources, community support, memorial events, outreach, and public-safety initiatives.

FHF-LA's current Assistance Program service area is Lafourche Parish. The Foundation's governing purpose is broader and allows the organization to expand its charitable reach as resources, partnerships, and Board-approved programs grow.
